We're confident you'll love the premium quality of our sunglasses. In fact, we back all of our sunglasses, as well as the rest of our products, with a 15-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied beyond your expectations with your purchase FOR ANY REASON you may return it in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (or exchange) less total shipping charges. It’s that simple.

Please include a note clarifying whether you are looking to return or excahnge your order, and clearly indicate the original ORDER NUMBER on all returns.

We will refund the full purchase price of the order minus total shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Sunglasses By Tower has shipped the wrong items.

Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of our receipt of a return.

We recommend using a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost or damaged during shipment. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
