Warranty Details

We take a lot of pride in building quality products for our customers. And we want every customer of ours to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet our standards and you feel it is defective, you may be covered by the product warranty below. We do not extend warranties to resold sunglasses. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty benefits.

Wood Sunglasses - 1 Year Limited Manufacture's Warranty

Sunglasses by Tower are covered under warranty for 1 year after your purchase date. This covers all manufacturing defects. However, Tower does reserve the right to require original and timely proof of any manufacturing defects. If Tower decides that the product is indeed defective, a full refund or exchange will be issued.

Certain circumstances will not be accepted as a defect. These circumstances include but are not limited to: sitting on your sunglasses, dropping your sunglasses, scratched lenses, chewed pieces, etc. Please see here for any questions regarding caring for your wooden sunglasses.
