My frames broke. Can I get a replacement pair?

Tower's surf style wooden frames are designed to be a fashion item, not meant for utility work. This makes them a little less durable than sunglasses that are meant to withstand extreme wear and tear. That doesn't mean that our sunglasses aren't durable, it's just the nature of the design and their purpose.

If for some reason your order arrives broken, we will be happy to ship you out a new pair right away. That being said, we don't replace a pair if you break them. We will sell you another pair at our direct to consumer prices so you get a break there ;)
